International Delivery: 

Worldwide shipping is available with both DHL Tracked service, aiming to reach you within 3-5 working days, or Royal Mail International Tracked, which will be with you in approx 7-14 working days. If you require fast delivery, we recommend the DHL Express service which you can select at checkout.

International Customs & Duty 

Please keep in mind that any import, custom duty and taxes imposed on international orders are the buyers responsibility. Custom duty and tax may vary depending on the country and can be approximated using the following online service: http://www.dutycalculator.com/

Please note that all shipping turnaround times are estimations only and shipping delays may occur that are outside of our control. We will aim to assist in tracking whereabouts of parcels whenever needed.

Returns:

We really hope you love your items, however completely understand if you've changed your mind. We can offer you a full refund within 30 days of the order placed, we just need the items to be in the condition they arrived. Simply drop us an email on info@houseofneutrals.com and we'll send over a returns form and the return address details. You'll need to pay to have the item returned to us, so please keep proof of postage in case items get damaged or lost in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us on info@houseofneutrals.com, we may need to request for pictures and extra info, but we'll follow up with next steps and make the process is as easy as possible to resolve for you.
